Things to keep in mind:
• Your donation request must be received at least four 45 days prior to the date of your event.
• Donation request form must include all information to be considered for a possible donation.
• If the hosting organization or for-profit business is seeking free food for their staff because they are volunteering for this event, we would ask that you consider a discount of some sort rather than outright comped food.
• Thank you for your patience – due to the volume of donation requests received it is not always possible to respond to follow-up correspondence. We will contact you if we are able to fill your donation request.
